Meet Midwest Feline

Our story. Our team.
Our commitment to your cat.

Our Story

The story of Midwest Feline Medical Center began in 1984, when Dr. Jerry Williams opened Cat Clinic in Maryland Heights, MO. As the first cat-only veterinary practice in the St. Louis area, it was founded on a simple idea: cats have unique medical and behavioral needs and deserve care tailored specifically to them.

Over the years, Cat Clinic became a trusted resource for generations of cat owners throughout the region. In 2017, Dr. Cacciottoli purchased the practice and continued its long-standing focus on feline medicine, helping the clinic grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of both cats and their families.

In 2026 the practice began a new chapter, moving to St. Peters, MO under a new name: Midwest Feline Medical Center. While the clinic has grown from its original home in Maryland Heights, its dedication to feline medicine remains unchanged.

Today, cat owners from throughout the St. Louis region and beyond continue to seek us out for specialized feline care — the highest quality medicine and the most compassionate care possible, in a relaxed, feline-focused setting.
