Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using this website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational Purposes Only

The content on this website — including articles, guides, and health topic pages — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute veterinary medical advice and is not a substitute for a professional examination or diagnosis by a licensed veterinarian. Always consult your veterinarian with questions about your cat’s health.

2. New-Client Intake Form

Submitting the new-client intake form is an expression of interest in becoming a client. Submission does not create a veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR) or guarantee an appointment. A VCPR is established only after an in-person examination by one of our veterinarians.

By submitting the form, you authorize Midwest Feline Medical Center to contact you by phone or email regarding your submission and future appointment scheduling.

3. Estimate Authorization

When you sign a surgical or treatment estimate through this website, you are authorizing the Clinic to perform the described procedure(s) up to the high end of the estimated cost range. You acknowledge that actual charges may vary based on findings during the procedure and agree to pay the final invoice in full upon completion of services.

Electronic signatures provided through this site (whether typed or drawn) carry the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Missouri Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

4. Financial Responsibility

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing with the Clinic. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency after 90 days. You are responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website content current and accurate, but we do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Clinic hours, staff, and services are subject to change without notice.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

This site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on any third-party site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Midwest Feline Medical Center and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
