What to Expect
A calmer kind of vet visit — built entirely around cats.
We understand that veterinary visits can be stressful for both cats and their owners. Because we see only cats, our team is specially trained to understand feline behavior and to handle your cat gently, so every visit feels as calm and comfortable as possible.

Your Visit, Step by Step
Before Your Appointment
Bring any previous medical records if your cat is new to our practice. For annual wellness visits, please bring a fresh fecal sample if possible. If your cat is not feeling well, note any recent changes in appetite, water intake, litter box habits, vomiting, diarrhea, weight, activity level, or behavior.
Caring for Fearful or Anxious Cats
We use low-stress, feline-friendly handling to help reduce fear and anxiety. For very anxious cats, we may recommend pre-visit medication to make travel and the exam safer and more comfortable. Let us know when scheduling if your cat has had a stressful visit in the past so we can plan ahead.
Wellness Visits
We perform a thorough physical exam and discuss any concerns you may have. Preventive care and vaccinations are tailored to your cat’s age, lifestyle, and risk factors. If dental disease is found, we will review treatment options with you. It is helpful to bring a list of foods, treats, and medications that your cat may be taking.
Senior Cat Visits
For cats 10 years and older, we recommend exams every six months. We monitor for age-related changes and recommend annual lab work — including blood tests, urinalysis, and blood pressure checks — with additional testing as needed.
Sick Cat Visits
We start by discussing symptoms and medical history, then perform a comprehensive exam. Your veterinarian will recommend diagnostics and treatment based on the findings and work with you to create a plan tailored to your cat’s needs.
Our Approach
We provide thoughtful, individualized care in a calm, feline-focused environment. We believe informed pet owners are an essential part of the healthcare team, and we are here to answer your questions and help you make the best decisions for your cat.
